II Chronicles 16:9

The Lord is seeking hearts who are perfect (loyal and committed) to Him.

The Lord made Asa great and gave him victory in battle, but afterwards Asa encountered defeat because he did not seek the counsel of the Lord. Even in Asa's end, he became sick and did not seek the Lord but sought the help of physicians.

Romans 5:5

We know how dearly God loves us because He has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with His love. Now we can love others with this love.

Deuteronomy 6:5

We are to love the Lord with all of our hearts, mind, soul, body, and strength.

Romans 13:9-10

If there is any commandment, it is summed up in this command: you shall love your neighbor as yourself.

I Corinthians 13:13

The greatest of these is love.

Acts 13:22

God said of David, "I have found David, a man after My own heart; he will do everything I want him to do."

Profits from Loving God

1) Access to depths and insight of the Lord. God shows His lovers what He does not reveal to others.

2) Access to His divine presence.
