God said to think His thoughts. Come up higher! How do we do that? By living in the Word of God.

The Word of God is for profitability. You only profit from it when you are both a hearer and a doer.

There are two essentials in the New Birth: the Spirit and the Word. The Word of God transmits to you what God promises and it nourishes the body. It transmits the power of God, the nature of God, and what He has promised.

Matthew 8:5-13

The Centurion said to Jesus, "Just say the Word only!" Why? Because he understood authority. The Word of God carries the authority and the power of God.

Psalm 34:8

The taste means to experience, to encounter, become one with. When you taste the Lord, you experience Him, encounter Him, come to know Him.

God's Word is loaded with great nutritional value designed for the strengthening of your inner man against the days of battle. Ephesians 6:10

Let Jesus make you what you were created to be. How? By yielding yourself to the Word.

The Nutritional Value of the Word:

1.) Water

Water is for refreshing, replenishing and for cleansing. The Word of God will cleanse you. Your thoughts, your attitudes, your emotions. God's Word is a fountain of water [life] for refreshing. John 4:13-14, Ephesians 5:25-26

2.) Milk

Milk is for growth. Natural milk strengthens your bones, spiritual milk strengthens your spirit.
