Faith Powered by Love
Faith is powered by God's Love and His Word. Practice patience while waiting for prayers to be answered and maintain confidence in God’s promises.
Psalms 27:1–6 Perfect love casts out fear and anxiety.
Understanding Love: God's kind of love as distinct from worldly affection. True faith is rooted in this divine love; without it, one cannot genuinely claim they have faith.
Luke 23:42–43 Salvation is simple.
Assurance Through Faith: Romans 10:9 Confession and belief are keys for salvation. You should never leave church feeling lost but rather assured of your salvation.
Faith Works Through Love: Genuine faith is expressed through acts of love (Galatians 5:6).
Forgiveness is key; keeping records of wrongs hinders one's ability for effective prayer and faith work.
Growth in Faith: Every believer has been assigned a measure of faith by God (Romans 12:3). Continuous learning from scripture is partaking in spiritual growth.
Prayer & Confidence: Mark 11:22–24 praying with faith (believing) will cause you to receive answers from God—be persistent and practice patience despite delays in manifestation.
Patience During Waiting Periods: Maintain your confidence in your receipt of God's promises through prayer by waiting without complaining.
