The Great Exchange - Part 2
The greatest exchange has been offered through Jesus Christ—our life for His life. His life provides freedom from sin and empowers us to live victoriously. Because He lives, we live—because He reigns, we reign in life. No matter our circumstances in life, we are not rejected—we are accepted in the Beloved and are made joint heirs with Christ.
Understanding Redemption
-Galatians 3:13—He was made to be a curse for us.
- Redemption is described as exemption from anything that does not belong in a believers' life.
- Jesus experienced rejection so believers could be accepted by God (Ephesians 1:5–6).
- We are described as God's masterpiece created for good works (Ephesians 2:10).
- Jeremiah 29:11 God’s plans for us are good—to give us hope and a future.
- Trusting God's path leads to success when obeying His word (Joshua 1:8).
- No one can curse what God has blessed; we are blessed through our identity in Christ.
Understanding our redemption empowers us to live victoriously while rejecting feelings of inadequacy or fear. Embracing our identity as a masterpiece crafted by God enables us to fulfil His plans amidst life's challenges.
