Denisse Alvarez is "the boss lady". She manages much at the ministry, with two boys at home, and she also is the CEO of her own Ministry, Pure Love. Pure Love goes out into the toughest places in Houston to see sex trafficking victims rescued and the Gospel preached. Denisse graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from The River School of Government and continues her degree education with her passion for law.

Georgie & Courtney are our Houston Young Adults Directors. Courtney is an excellent minister of the Gospel, she is one sharp cookie, and she also heads up Cafe Amor! Georgie doesn't do much.. we just keep him around for his jokes, they aren't very good so make him feel welcome! Just teasing... you might see him playing the piano or guitar, messing with the sound board, or preaching in Young Adults, but usually he's heading up productions in the Media Department.

Alex and Vanessa Glass are both graduates from Southwest Assemblies of God University with an interest in Music. Vanessa is a published song writer, you can find some of her work on platforms such as Apple or Spotify Music. You can also find her music pages on social media. Alex and Vanessa have precious children who love the anointing and their family is the sweetest addition to The Power of Love Church.

Ramero Martinez, aka Brother Ram, is the director of Jesus is Alive Prison Ministry. He also goes down in history as the best MC Jesus ever had. If you have been to our outreaches in the past, you've probably seen him before. His wife, Mayra Martinez is the Ignite Youth Director. Mayra has the biggest heart for our kids at The Power of Love Church, she is often serving in kid's classes as well. Ramero and Mayra also have three beautiful daughters who love Jesus very dearly.

Jeremiah and Erica head up our Love in Action Ministry. They have a fiery heart for evangelism and to see Houston shaken with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They both are anointed to preach the gospel and set up for our events throughout the Houston communities. When the Perales family rolls in, they bring the party! They have five amazing kids that love running hard after Jesus!

Gabriel Martinez heads up our B.U.I.C. (Brothers United in Christ) Men's Ministry. He has a powerful testimony and God uses him mightily to minister to the men at the church and in the prisons. His wife Jessica is the Director of the Call Center Department. Their two sons are almost fully grown. You might find their youngest serving in the Cafe. He makes a great latte! Both of them have a big heart for relationship discipleship, evangelism, new members, and they love helping people get plugged into our community of strong believers. God uses them in a mighty way to see souls saved, and to see the souls that we ministered to on the streets find a forever home here at The Power of Love Church.

Don't mess with Jeff! Mr. Gallardo heads up our Security Department and he's not lacking in experience! Jeff has served in the HPD as a Police Officer for over years. I tell you, these grounds stay secure, as well as the events we host in the community. We have never had an accident to-date at our church or in the numerous outreaches we do in some of the toughest areas in the streets of Houston, and we never will in Jesus name!
